Ronald James Edmonds, 76, of Palo, died following a courageous battle with lung cancer. A Celebration of Life and private family burial will be held at a later date. Teahen Funeral Home is serving the family.
Ronald is survived by his son, Mickel (Peggy) Edmonds; daughters, Candie Edmonds, Christine (Joseph) Capitano, Angel Garcia and Lisa Alterbal; grandchildren, ChelseaMae (Damon) Smith, Zachary (Sydney) Edmonds, Nicholas (Arden) Cote, Liberty, Jasmine, Cora, Bionka, Bethany, Aliyah, Hamza and Jassim; great-grandchildren, Kenzie, Taylor, Leigha, Shawn, Dalton, Dax, Mickel and Erisa; brothers, Donnie (Mary) Edmonds and Lonnie (Toni) Edmonds; and sisters, Bonnie (Eric) Scheuerman, Marcy Winistorfer and Connie Sheckles.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Avis.
Ronald was born Aug. 10, 1945, in Strawberry Point, the son of Howard and Lucille Kinsel Edmonds. Ronald attended school in Starmont. In 1970, he married Avis Mae Snethen at Covington Church. He retired from both Divine Engineering and PMX Industries.
Ronald loved driving motorcycles, fishing, bowling and spending time with his family and friends.
