Ronald "Jay" Burkett, 93, longtime resident of this area, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2017, at Mercy Iowa City.
A time of visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service. Graveside services will follow in Oakland Cemetery, Iowa City, where military honors will be provided.
A memorial fund has been established in his memory.
