Rolland E. "Rollie" Williams, 76, of Elberon, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2017, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha.
Memorial service is at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 4, at Hrabak-Neuhaus Funeral Service in Belle Plaine, with Deacon Joe Behounek officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Rolland was born Jan. 11, 1941, to George and Blanche (Birky) Williams. He attended high school in Iowa City. On Nov. 4, 1963, Rolland ran off to marry Aleda "Randy" Wilkins. Together they raised five children. Rolland worked as an auto and body mechanic. He worked for a variety of shops until he was employed by Tama County.
Rolland enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on cars, but most of all, spending time with family.
He is survived by his children, Terry (Lisa) Williams and Eddie (Sheryl) Williams, both of Belle Plaine, Holly (Brad Wilcox) Behounek of Ladora and Tammy (Jason) Riffel of What Cheer; grandchildren, Jason (Jessica) Williams, Brittany (Andrew) Williams, Kyle (Erica) Behounek, Tyler Williams, Chase Sellers and Kobe Riffel; and great-grandchildren, Brileigh, Breydon, Jaxsyn and Adeline.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Randy; son, Jerry "Boomer" Williams; three sisters; and his brother.
