Roland, Jacqueline
Jacqueline Roland, 79, of Cedar Rapids, died Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009, at Mercy Medical Center. Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. Celebration of Life: Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Elmcrest Country Club. Private family graveside service: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her husband, Jack; her children, Nelson (Judith) Roland of Oakville, Ontario, Canada, and Jeffrey (Nancy) Roland, Kristen Roland and Margaret Ann (James) Greene, all of Cedar Rapids; six grandchildren, Scott Roland, Sarah Roland, Raymond Roland, Nicholas Roland, Francis Roland and Rachel Greene; and two sisters, Mary Helen Vollertsen of Hamburg and Jean Kilby of Oregon.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Jacqueline was born July 12, 1930, the daughter of Ralph and Helen (Campbell) Stoner, in Hamburg, Iowa. She was united in marriage to Jack F. Roland. Jacqueline was a member of PEO Chapter IH.
