Roger Stoakes, 70, of Cedar Rapids and formerly of Traer, died on Sept. 2, 2019, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. The memorial service will be on Saturday, Sept. 7, at 11 a.m. at Overton Funeral Home in Traer, with a visitation for an hour prior to the service.
