Roger L. Panzer, 64, formerly of Iowa City, died Thursday, May 11, 2017, at a hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D., where he had resided for the past number of years. Memorial services will be held at a later date to be announced. Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service is caring for Roger's family and his arrangements.
His family includes two brothers, Charles "Chuck" Panzer and Robert "Bob" Panzer; and special friend, Marcie Kleese.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Alice Panzer; a niece, Bailey Davis; and a nephew, James Panzer.
