Robinson, Helen Elsie Poppe
Helen Elsie Poppe Robinson of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Oelwein and Lamont, died March 26, 2011, at age 89 years, 11 months and 8 days. (Please see the Wednesday, March 30, Gazette for her complete obituary.) Burial was April 2. A church memorial service is being planned at Zion Lutheran Church in Oelwein at a later date.
A Cedar Rapids resident for the past 1 1/2 years, Helen formerly lived in Oelwein for 40 years and Lamont, 20 years.
Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, Oelwein.
