ROBERT WAITE

Robert C. Waite, 56, of Zionsville, Ind., went to be with the Lord on July 9, 2014.
Robert was born March 27, 1958, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Calvin and Dora (Foster) Waite. He was a member of College Park Church and was a systems engineer with American Surety. He had also served as president of Magnolia Village Home Owners Association in Destin, Fla.
Robert had a passion for fishing and his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Julie (Cook) Waite; sons, Brandon (Kristen) Waite and Matthew (Rachael) Waite; three grandchildren, Rachel, Caroline and Silas Waite; sister, Kathy Lynch; brothers, Danny, David, Scott and Jim Waite; and mother-in-law, Hazel Cook.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, at Flanner and Buchanan - Zionsville, 105 W. Pine St., Zionsville, Ind., and from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 16, at College Park Church, 2606 W. 96th St., Indianapolis, followed by a Celebration of Life at 3 p.m.
