ROBERT "ROB" M. SOUTHALL

Robert "Rob" M. Southall, 61, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, April 2, 2020, at St. Luke's Hospital. Services will be held at a later date. Teahen Funeral Home is serving the family.
Rob is survived by his wife, Jayne; son, Camron McNeese; daughter, Emma McNeese; stepson, Anthony McNeese; granddaughter, Alice Jayne McNeese; two sisters, Carole Christner and Cynthia
(Mike) Meyer; brother, John (Holly) Southall; many nieces and nephews; and special dogs Lucy and Hanna.
Rob was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Frances; brother, Tom; sister, Kathy; and a nephew.
Robert Marion was born Sept. 17, 1958, in Cedar Falls, the son of William and Frances Bragonier Southall. He married Jayne Dietman on Sept. 21, 2002, in Cedar Rapids. Rob worked as a Mercedes-Benz master mechanic for many years and was involved in Cahill Racing.
Rob enjoyed working on cars and playing pool. He loved spending time with his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
