Robert James Moroney, 85, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022, at Oak Park Place Assisting Living in Dubuque.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Carol Moroney of Dubuque; his six children, Matt (Linda) Moroney of Waukesha, Wis., Molly (Joyce) Champeau of Anamosa, Suzy (Dana) Good of LeClaire, Sarah (Randy) Garcia of Bellevue, Neb., Joe (Becky) Moroney of Guthrie, Okla., and Mike (Diana) Moroney of Dubuque; 17 grandchildren; sister, Ana Mae Dolan of Winthrop; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Hospice of Dubuque.

Funeral service: 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Manchester, with the Rev. Gabriel Anderson officiating.
Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester. Friends may also call one hour before the service at the church on Thursday.
Interment: St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Masonville.
