Robert V. Formanek, Sr., 96, of Keystone, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at the Keystone Nursing Care Center in Keystone. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 10, at St. Timothy's Methodist Church, 3220 Terrace Dr., Cedar Falls, IA 50613. Light refreshments to follow at the church.
