Robert (Bob) Edward Cram, 35, of Mount Vernon, formerly of Tipton, passed away suddenly Monday, Oct. 3, 2016. Friends and family may gather from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 7, for a time of remembrance at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. Bob entered this world on Nov. 18, 1980, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Dennis and Sally Cram (Osborn). He attended Tipton High School and later earned his GED. Bob furthered his education in Washington at ITT, where he was the class valedictorian. He returned to Iowa after living several years in Washington and was employed as a CAD technician at Metal Design Systems in Cedar Rapids.
"Uncle Bob" to many, Bob loved his nieces and nephews and the time he could share with them as well as his friends and extended family. Other activities Bob enjoyed were Frisbee golf, Raiders football, fishing and beating his Dad at golf. Bob had a contagious smile that he shared with all he crossed paths with. Gone too soon, his memory will forever be in many hearts.
Surviving Bob are his parents; sister, Kellee (Jeremy) Oxley; nieces, Anistyn and Layla; nephew, Oakley, all of Tipton; grandparents, Bob and Marj Cram; aunt, Linda Cram of Chandler, Ariz.; good friends, the Faron Drager family of Bennett and the Joey Stout family of West Branch; and honorary family (the card group), the Lysle Regennitter family, the Gene Conrad family, the Denny Flynn family and the Steve Rose family.
Preceding Bob were his grandparents, Edward and Laura Jane Osborn.
