Rizer, Dorothy Marie McNeal
Dorothy Marie McNeal Rizer, 95, of Edgewood, died Sunday, July 4, 2010, at the Edgewood Convalescent Home. Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Trinity United Methodist Church, Edgewood, with Pastor Mike Jackson officiating. Interment: Edgewood Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home, Edgewood, and one hour before the service Thursday at the church.
Survivors include her son, Kerry (Anna) Rizer of Strawberry Point; her daughter, Carlene (Cletus) Reinhardt of Springville; six grandchildren, Norman Rizer, Kirk Reinhardt, Jill Rinken, Darrel Rizer, Darcie Coberly and Trista Sauser; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Ernest (Gerri) McNeal of Elkader; and a sister, Eileen Kuehl of Strawberry Point.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Rizer on July 29, 1986; her parents; and aunts and uncles.
