Robert “Bob” L. Rix, 87, of Clarence, died Monday, May 2, 2011, in Cedar Manor Nursing Home, Tipton. Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. John's United Church of Christ, Clarence, with the Rev. David Mears officiating. Burial: St. John's Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Chapman Funeral Home, Clarence.
Survivors include two daughters, Kristin (Van) Coleman of Stanwood, and Antoinette (Thomas) Harms of Bloomington, Minn.; three grandchildren; significant other, Lorraine “Lori” Becker of Clarence; and a sister, Mildred Swanson of Surprise, Ariz.
