Rita D. Prenosil, 90, of Las Vegas, died Sunday, Dec. 6, 2015.
She was born March 15, 1925, to Anton and Regina Balik, in Cedar Rapids. She was raised in Cedar Rapids. Rita and Calvin were united in marriage on May 16, 1942, in Kahoka, Mo.
Rita is survived by her husband, Cal Prenosil; daughter, Carol Seale of San Marcos, Calif.; son, Richard (Carol) of Lancaster, Calif.; sister, Mary Johnson of Cedar Rapids; five grandchildren; and several great-grand-children.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Joe Seale; sisters, Jean Robinson and Kathleen Candler; and mother and father-in-law, Wes and Celia Prenosil.
