Rita A. Frantz, 68, of Iowa City, passed away Sept. 7, 2016. A graveside committal will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Hills, with Father Steve Witt officiating. Following, there will be light refreshments at the Kirkwood Room, 515 Kirkwood Ave., Iowa City.
