Rita Brady, born on December 31, 1946, in Minneapolis, MN, passed away on November 20, 2024, in Cedar Rapids, IA. She was the beloved daughter of JP Mull and Veronica Mull and cherished sister to Kenneth Mull, Don Mull, Mary Lint, and Anthony Mull.
Rita was a devoted wife to Don Brady Sr. and a loving mother to her children, Darren (Lori) Remington, Lori (Rod) Schlee, Donald Brady, and Cindy (Chad) Stewart. Her legacy continues through her adoring grandchildren: Michael, Dorian, Damien, Alana Remington, Tom Reed, Dan (Bre) Reed, Kaleb (Ruby) Schlee, Caylyn Schlee, Cayden Schlee, Taylor, Kayla and Ashlynn Stewart, as well as her great-grandchildren, William Reed, Oliver Reed, Keira Schlee, and Scarlette Carstens.
A passionate lover of animals, Rita dedicated herself to her family and cherished her time spent playing the piano and enjoying computer games. She had a special fondness for ice cream, which brought her joy throughout her life. Rita’s warm spirit and unwavering love for her family and all creatures will be deeply missed by those who knew her.
