Ricky Ray Bell, age 69, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 1, 2025 at the Hiawatha Care Center.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, December 5, 2025 at Blessed Hope Church in Vinton, with Rev. David Condry officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM until service time Friday, also at the church, with a luncheon to follow. A memorial fund has been established.
