Richard H. Wibe, of West Bend, Wis., died peacefully Oct. 7, 2017.
He was born March 10, 1942, in Sioux City, Iowa, to Ralph and Susan (nee Osweiler) Wibe, and married Louise Steinbach on April 16, 1966, in Chariton, Iowa.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at St. Ludmila Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Burial: Calvary Cemetery, Chariton.
Richard is survived by his wife, Louise; two daughters, Katherine Wooderick and Beth (Andy) Dingman; grandchildren, Ray, Justice, Sara, Jullian and Phoenix; his mother-in-law, Esther Belle Steinbach of Cedar Rapids; four brothers, John (Rosemary), Thomas (Joyce), Gerald (Deb) and Chuck (Rhonda); brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jeanne (Steve) Brown, Ruthann (Ricky) Heidgerken, Kathy Shelton and Al (Deb) Steinbach; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant sister; three infant children; his father-in-law, Lawrence Steinbach; and an infant nephew.
