Richard "Rich" Lyle Stout Sr., 78, of Tipton, entered eternity on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019, at his home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at Cedar Street Baptist Church, Tipton. Burial will be held in the South Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, at Fry Funeral Home.
