Richard Lee Pollock, 68, died Thursday, July 16, 2015, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service, Iowa City, where visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Burial will be at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Memorials may be directed to Systems Unlimited.
Richard was born May 13, 1947, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Norman and Dorothy Coreppers Pollock. He moved in 1991 to Iowa City, where he was involved in the community and Systems Unlimited.
Survivors include his mother, Dorothy, and his sister, Sandy Pollock, both of Cedar Rapids; his brother, Dennis (Vicky) Pollock of Solon; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by his father, and two siblings, David and Janice.
