Dr. Richard Nicholas "Nick" Johns, 64, of East Haddam, Conn., passed away Dec. 30, 2015. A memorial Mass in celebration of Nick's life and career in education will be held for his Iowa family and friends at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 2, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Iowa City. A luncheon will follow in the church basement.
