Richard "Dick" Allen Lewis, 74, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospital. Celebration of Life services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW. Burial will follow in Whittier Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, at Brosh Chapel.
