Richard "Dick" Carlyle, 73, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016, at Sunnycrest Nursing Center in Dysart following a brief illness. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, at Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home in Vinton. Private family burial will be at a later date.
