Richard Milton Boalbey of the Iowa Veterans Home, Marshalltown, formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018.
Born Oct. 2, 1925, in Cairo, Ill., to Solomon and Rose Boalbey, Richard was a proud veteran of World War II.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Papich-Kuba Funeral Home East, 1228 Second St. SE, with visitation one hour prior to the services.
