Richard Wayne Beecher died on Dec. 10, 2018, at the age of 90 at Sunrise Hill Care Center in Traer. Services will be held for Richard at Overton Funeral Home, 714 First St., Traer, on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. Military honors will immediately follow the service at the funeral home performed by the Navy Honor Guard and the Traer American Legion.
Memorials may be directed to the Tama County Conservation Board for Otter Creek Lake and Park: 228 Park Rd., Toledo, IA 52342 or another charity of your choice.
