Rhoda J. Trefz, 76, a resident of Davenport, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015, at Genesis Medical Center, East Rusholme, Davenport, surrounded by her family. Funeral services to celebrate her life will be 2 p.m. Sunday, March 1, at Zion Presbyterian Church, 110 N. Third St., Coggon. Burial will take place in Coggon Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4 until 7 p.m. at Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home, 614 Main St., downtown Davenport. There will be additional visitation at the church on Sunday from 1 until 2 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the Holden Compre-hensive Cancer Center at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Rhoda is survived by her children and their spouses, Jeffrey (Tricia) Trefz, Reno, Nev., Amy Brotzman, Dubuque, Lori Chriswell, Davenport, Jerry (Rosa) Trefz, Dubuque, and Trisha (Tony) Nazarenus, Davenport.
