Rhiver Sue Pearson, 6 months and 21 days old, went to Heaven on Friday, March 20, 2015.
She was born Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2014, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She fought a long, hard battle from birth with CHD. She had two open heart surgeries and a heart transplant. Though she was little, she was fierce. She brought smiles and admiration to all who knew her. We will miss her sparkling eyes and grins with the tongue action.
She is survived by her strong parents, Tish Fritze and Keith Pearson; her sister, Keeley; and her brother, Noah; her grandparents, Sue Ellison of Anamosa, Dan and Tammy Ammeter, Viola, Randy and Amy Pearson of Washington; and many other relatives and friends and her PICU Family from the U of I Hospitals in Iowa City.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at the Goettsch Funeral Home, Anamosa. Private family services will be held on Friday. The Rev. Laurie Riley will officiate at the services.
