Rex A. Jensen, 71, of Anamosa, died Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at Pinicon Nursing Home in Anamosa.
A Celebration of Life service will be at a later date. Iowa Cremation is assisting with the arrangements.
Rex was born Oct. 18, 1946, in Anamosa, Iowa, the son of Thomas and Helen (Edwards) Jensen. Rex was a press operator for International Automotive Components. He retired in 2010. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. Rex enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all.
Survivors include his children, Kenneth Jensen of Texas, Jeannette Aguilar of Richardson, Texas, Tim Jensen (Kaitlynn Sindelar) of Anamosa, Stanley Jensen (Rose Lemmer) of Kansas City, Mo., and Stephen Jensen (Cassidy) of Biloxi, Miss.; his five grandchildren, Kayleigh, Trey, Kylea, Khloee and a grandson on the way; and siblings, Jerry and Jeanie Jensen and Christine and Chris Elliot and families.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Don, Terry and Tommy.
