Reimer, Michael (Mike) Alan
Michael (Mike) Alan Reimer, 56, of Waterloo, formerly of Garnavillo, died Monday, July 26, 2010 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City following a brief illness.
Mike is survived by his daughters, Johanna (Pat) Fricano of Chicago, Molly (Austin) Gill of Des Moines; siblings, Ron (Mary) Reimer of Garnavillo, Kenny (Alice) Reimer of Elkader, Faye Wiethorn of Monona, Doug (Kathy) Reimer of Guttenberg, Susan (Jim) Dinan of Edgewood, Linda (Chris) Schoulte of Farmersburg, and Donna (Dan) Miller of Monona; special friend, Joanne Smith of Waterloo; nieces and nephews; and aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday at Peace United Church of Christ in Elkader. Visitation will precede the service from 2 to 5 p.m.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the family of Mike Reimer.
