Raymond Edward Meyer, 69, of West Branch, passed away Jan. 1, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019, at Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service, 605 Kirkwood Ave., Iowa City. A celebration of Ray's life will begin at noon. Burial will be at a later date in West Branch Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Meyer family to be distributed to charities.
Raymond is survived by his daughter, Maureen Meyer; grandchildren, Lillian and Noah; siblings, Mary (Joe) Utter, Joe Meyer and John Meyer; and former spouse, Jane Sheller.
He was preceded in death by his son, Morgan; parents, John and Dolores (Quinn) Meyer; and brothers, Pat and Jim.
