Ray Shramek ("Sandy Beach Hoot Owl" / "Peezo"), 76, of Solon, died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2014. Celebration of Life services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW, with Deacon Phillip Saunders presiding. Burial will follow at Anderson Cemetery, Swisher. Visitation will be from 3 until 7 p.m. Monday at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids. The family requests everyone dress casually in honor of Ray.
