Randy Allen Rhodes, 57, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Feb. 29, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center. Celebra-tion of Life services will be from 1 to 4 p.m. March 13 at the Cedar Rapids Eagles Club on 11th Street NW.
Survivors include his girlfriend, Carol Offerman; two daughters, Bailey Kay Meza and Riley Meza; a brother, Brian Rhodes; a sister, Sherry Ellis; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Ackers and Don Rhodes; and a brother, Boots.
