Randolph "Randy" J. Dudrey, 65, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, May 9, 2014, at St. Luke's Hospital
following a short illness. Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Teahen Funeral Home. Private family services will be held, with a burial at Linwood Cemetery.
Randy is survived by his two children, Marlene (Reed) Drake of Oxford and Marck (Becky) Dudrey of Mount Vernon; five grandchildren; his mother, Betty Dudrey of Marion; three siblings, Linda (Bob) Dunahugh of Cedar Rapids, Julie (Gil) Brown of Indianapolis and Jeff (Joan) Dudrey of Marion; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon; sister, Debra Smith; and niece, Heidi Bruggeman.
Randolph Joseph was born Sept. 17, 1948, the son of Vernon and Betty (Bauers) Dudrey. He spent his life working as a laborer and optician.
Randy loved to karaoke, fish and mushroom hunt.
