Randall "Randy" Law, 60, of Central City, passed away Monday, Aug. 10, 2015, at Jones Regional Medical Center in Anamosa. Funeral service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Marion. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his wife of almost 41 years, Deb Law; his children, Chris (Colleen) Law of Cedar Rapids and Erika (Matt Annis) Parker of Alburnett; his mother, Shirley Engelbart of Marion; five grandchildren, Keaton,
KK, McKenna, Maddie and Chase; and his siblings, Gail Stenerson, Barry Law, Brenda (Greg) Randall, Jeff Law and Rick (Maggie) Law.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Randy was born Oct. 17, 1954, in Watertown, S.D., to Charles and Shirley (Schreck) Law. He married his wife Deb Johnston on Aug. 31, 1974, in Springville, Iowa. Randy recently retired from ADM after working there for 34 years. He enjoyed fishing, camping, drag racing and was a handyman. Randy especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Randy's name.
