Randall Hans "Randy" South, 67, of Strawberry Point, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, surrounded by his family.
Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Connie South of Strawberry Point; his two children, Shelby Swanson of Strawberry Point and Zach South of Iowa City; two grandchildren, Izabelle Hubbard and Ava Swanson; a sister, Sherry Bigelow of Hazleton; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Steve Funk of Edgewood, Julie (Gene) Miller of Dundee, Karen Perry of Strawberry Point and Kevin (Teresa) Funk of Edgewood; and many nieces and nephews and their families.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Wally South; and a sister-in-law, Nancy Funk.

Celebration of Life: 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 14, in the Party Room at the Franklin Hotel in Strawberry Point. The family requests that guests wear Iowa Hawkeye or Chicago Cubs attire.
