Ralph L. Stoffer, 71, of Tiffin, died March 24, 2017, at his home.
No services are planned. Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service in Iowa City is assisting the family.
He was born Jan, 10, 1946, in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Robert and Francis (Webber) Stoffer. He attended the University of Maryland (Munich, Germany, campus) for two years. He received a degree in mathematics in 1967 from the University of Iowa and later a degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University. Ralph owned and operated Landmark Engineering and Surveying in Iowa City for many years.
Ralph is survived by his brothers and sisters, Curtis Stoffer (Judy) of West Branch, David Stoffer (Karen) of Hawaii, John Stoffer (Tama) of San Jose, Calif., Nancy Wise (Frank) of Vacaville, Calif., Linda Parson (David) of Jackson, Mich., and Debra (Don) Fisher of San Jose, Calif.; his former wife, Frankie Stoffer of Coggon; and many nieces and nephews.
