Ralph William "Bill" Charlton Jr., 75, passed away March 28, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids, surrounded by his loving family. He was born Sept. 10, 1941, in Shreveport, La.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Ellen Jenkins Charlton; brother, Louis Scott (Andra) Charlton; his children, Cathi (Ron) Lenders, Paige (Tim) Burden and Ralph "Will" Charlton III; and grandchildren, Rachel Lenders and Morgan, Emilie and Shelby Burden.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Iris Morrow Charlton; and sister-in-law, Mary "Cookie" Charlton.
