Puetz, Teresa Ann 'Teri'
Memorial services were held Jan. 23, 2010, in Phoenix, Ariz., for Teresa Ann “Teri” (Krejci) Puetz, 54, who passed away Jan. 15, 2010, after a long battle with Melanoma.
She was born to Richard and Joyce Krejci June 4, 1955, in Central City.
She is survived by her sons, Nicholas of Lakewood, Colo., and Aaron of Phoenix, Ariz.; her mother, Joyce Krejci of Phoenix; brothers, Rick (Penny) of Muskego, Wis., Neil (Toni) of Marion; her sister, Pat Simmons of Nine Mile Falls, Wash.; two nieces; two nephews; a great-nephew; and two great-nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father in January 1991.
For the past 21 years, Teri taught school in the Phoenix area.
