Prusha, Dorothy Ann
Dorothy Ann Prusha, 75, of Belle Plaine, formerly of Chelsea, died Friday, June 10, 2011, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids following a brief illness. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Chelsea by Deacon Joe Behounek. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine, where there will be a rosary at 6:30 p.m. There will be a visitation at the church one hour before the service.
She is survived by a son, Richard of Chelsea; daughters, Cathy (Ken) McFarland of Fredricksburg and Theresea Prusha of Zion, Ill.; brother, Earl (Doris) Hilligas of Little Rock, Ark.; sisters, Virginia McFatridge of Brooklyn, Elsie Blomme and Nancy Masterson, both of Belle Plaine, Doris (Larry) Frese of Chelsea and Francis (Robert) Kaufman of Traer; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
