Sandra K. Prosser, 67, of Iowa City, died Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013, at the Iowa City Care and Rehab Center.
Her family includes three children, William Cooney, Tina Taylor and Jamed Jackson; a grandson, Dalton Jackson; and her brother, Frank Glenn.
No services are planned.
