Price, Sandra M.
CEDAR RAPIDS - Sandra M. Price, 64, of 2941 Sixth St. SW, died at her home on Friday, Oct. 22, 2010, after a short illness. Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Entombment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Survivors include her husband, Phillip; two daughters, Kelly (Kirk) Steffen of Shellsburg and Pamela Price and her fiance, Rob Franck, of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Bryanna Wilger and Kathleen and Rebecca Steffen.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Sandy was born May 6, 1946, in Belleville, Ill., the daughter of James and Dorothy Ravenscroft Smith. She married Phillip K. Price on Aug. 31, 1968, in Cedar Rapids. Sandy was a homemaker and enjoyed going to the casino at Riverside and playing computer games.
She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will go toward the planting of two trees at the Vinton-Shellsburg High School in Sandy's name.
