Phyllis Mae Jones, 91, of Washington, Iowa, died Thursday, July 24, 2014, at the Halcyon House in
Washington following a brief illness. Celebration of Life services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, July 27, at First Baptist Church in Washington, with Pastor Darryl Carr officiating. Visitation will begin at noon Saturday at Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will receive friends from 3 until 5 p.m. Saturday. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.

She is survived by a daughter, Peggy Hansen and husband Eric of Plano, Texas; daughter, Patty Koch and husband Paul of Chicago; daughter, Chris Leichty and husband Loran of Wayland, Iowa; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Geri Weeks of Washington, Iowa.
