Phyllis Adams, 91, passed away May 7, 2022. Phyllis' family will receive guests from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service, 2720 Muscatine Ave., Iowa City, concluding with a memorial service at 4 p.m.
Phyllis is survived by her cherished daughter, Jennifer (Daryl) Zahradnek; and her dog, Bandet.
Sadly, Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Adams; son, Mark Adams; siblings, Pat, Bill and Bob; her granddaughter; and her parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Iowa City Hospice.
