Phiou Baccam, 71, of Hiawatha, passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021,
at home surrounded by loved ones.
Phiou is survived by her mom, Ngoai Baccam; sister, Phahoanh Baccam (Hiawatha); and her sister,
Dy in France.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Private services will be held at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. A livestream of the funeral service may be accessed on the funeral home website under the obituary for Phiou Baccam, under the video tab starting at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 27.
