Phillip Jeffrey Gaffney, son of Robert "Bob" and Kathleen "Katie" Gaffney, of Garner, was stillborn on the morning of Friday, July 17, 2015, at Mercy Hospital in Mason City. Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Ryan, by the Rev. Dennis Miller. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home, Manchester, where there will be a 4 p.m. Scripture service. Friends also may call one hour before Mass at the church on Wednesday. Interment: Calvary Cemetery, Ryan.
