Margaret Joy Davis Phelps, 80, of Albert Lea, Minn., formerly of Lisbon, died March 29, 2013, at Albert Lea. A memorial service for Margaret will be 2 p.m. Saturday, April 20, at Morgan Funeral and Cremation Choices, Mount Vernon, by Celebrant Mary Morgan. There will be a private burial in Lisbon Cemetery.
