PERRY DEWITT CRAIG
Washington
Perry Dewitt Craig, 60, passed away Sunday, Feb. 28, 2021. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 6, at Riverside Cemetery in Riverside, Iowa. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Perry to REM in Washington, Iowa, (www.remiowa.com) or Hospice of Washington County.
Perry and his twin brother, Larry, were born Jan. 14, 1961, to Carl and Rosemary (Jones) Craig Jr. Larry passed away two months later.
Perry lived in Glenwood for a short time and attended Prairie Flower School before moving to REM in Washington, Iowa. He kept his family at REM on their toes with his antics. They will miss his smile. Perry loved brother Dick and always laughed when he saw him. He was a fun loving, occasionally ornery, kid who loved attention.
He is survived by his older brother, Richard (Mary) Craig of Iowa City; a sister, Carla Craig Baker of Kewanee, Ill.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The Craig family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff at REM for the love and care given to Perry. REM was home to him and considered everyone family.
