Pech, James C.
James C. Pech, 89, of Belle Plaine, died Saturday, May 1, 2010, at the Belle Plaine Nursing and Rehab Center following a lingering illness. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael's Catholic Church by Deacon Joe Behounek. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, with military rites. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, with a Scripture service at 6 p.m., at Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine.
He is survived by his wife, Alma; sons, Greg (Elizabeth) Pech of Littleton, Colo., and Richard (Sandra) Pech of Massillon, Ohio; daughters, Mary Pech of Belle Plaine and Jane (Tim) Balvanz of Iowa City; and seven grandchildren.
