Pauline A. Simmons, 82, of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, June 21, 2021, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy. As per Pauline's wishes, private family graveside services will be in Czech National Cemetery. Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids is in charge of arrangements.
Pauline was born Dec. 1, 1938, in Colfax. Pauline was united in marriage to Lyle Simmons.
Pauline is survived by her daughter, Christine (Bryan) Knox of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren, Lauren Knox and Katie Knox; her sister, Lorene Richmond; and two brothers, John (Nikki) Eddy and Darrell (Laticia) Eddy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lyle; her sister, Mary Lorher; and her brother-in-law, William Richmond.
